You are not an accident. No one is.

A little over 2 years ago, I was a mess. I was grieving the loss of a beloved family member, I had let my health take a terrible turn downward, and I wasn't taking care of myself physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
To put it lightly--I had checked out on myself. Even worse--I had checked out on my family.
Until one day, when I decided to make a change for the better. I wasn't living in the present, and I certainly wasn't living my purpose.
So, I started an amazing routine of reading my Bible, eating right, exercising more, and taking the best dietary supplements that I could get my hands on. I needed to work on myself so that I could be the best for everyone else.
And you know what? Things started to improve. Slowly, but surely, I began to feel more like me again.
Not long after, I realized that I could help others do the same. I could say all the things I wish someone had said to me, and help others through crazy times in their lives. I could help them see that they were worthy of their hopes and dreams, because let's face it, we're our harshest critics.
And that's what I do every single day.
